Founded in 2012, Yinhua International Capital Management Limited ("YHICM") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yinhua Fund Management Company Limited ("YHFund") in Hong Kong. YHICM holds Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset management) issued by the Securities and Futures Commission. 

YHFund was established in 2001 and is a fully licensed asset management company in China. It offers comprehensive products to meet diversified needs of investors, including public funds, social security funds, dedicated investment products, enterprise annuity management, pension funds, and qualified domestic institutional investor (QDII) funds. As of the third quarter of 2019, YHFund manages 121 authorized mutual funds and its total asset under management is over RMB 600 billion (including subsidiaries).

YHICM provides a wide range of investment strategies, including global asset allocation, quantitative and equity long/short, fixed income and multi-strategy. YHICM also manages QDII funds, and is a qualified Renminbi Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (RQFII) manager. In addition, YHICM distributes authorized funds under the Mainland-Hong Kong Mutual Recognition of Funds scheme.
